Church of England
Our Christian Vision and Values
We are proud to be a Church of England Primary School and to uphold the Church of England’s Vision for Education. This vision guides our teaching, relationships, and daily life at Viscount Beaumont’s CE Primary School, ensuring every child is supported to flourish academically, spiritually, and personally.
Educating for Wisdom, Knowledge and Skills
We enable children to develop discipline, confidence, and a love of learning. Our curriculum encourages the pursuit of wisdom and knowledge, while nurturing individual talents across all areas of school life.
Educating for Hope and Aspiration
We support children in developing resilience and hope for the future. By encouraging healing, repair, and renewal, we help pupils cope wisely when challenges arise, broaden their horizons, and aspire to fulfil their potential.
Educating for Community and Living Well Together
Strong relationships are at the heart of our school community. We promote participation, cooperation, and the development of positive character traits that enable everyone to live and flourish well together.
Educating for Dignity and Respect
We are committed to valuing every individual. Each child is treated with dignity and respect, recognising their unique worth and the preciousness of every person within our school community.

As a Church of England school, we value our links with our local parish church of St Mary's, Coleorton.
Members of the church are governors at the school, and regularly lead worship, as well as supporting the school across the curriculum. We partner with the church in acts of loving service to our community, especially at harvest, when we support the local foodbank, and at Christmas when we sing at the senior citizens' Christmas tea!
